Micro
Greens
from
Freshtable Gardens
SOURCE Local Foods is thrilled to add Freshtable Gardens
micro greens to our producer portfolio. Doug Stuart comes from 20 years
chef experience, and is excited to pour his love for all things
culinary, into offering a year round consistent micro greens
program. Within his indoor urban farm facility, Doug has the
advantage of maintaining climate control, as well as a sterile
environment. One thing that helps his agricultural operation in
sustainable pest mitigation is approximately 10,000 busy lady bugs!
Weekly Freshtable Gardens
micro greens varieties include arugula micro greens and a spicy micro
greens mix containing radish, mustard, cabbage and arugula micro
greens. The flavor is robust and electrifying and will add a
nutritional punch to your menu items.

Freshtable Gardens
quality and freshness will impress and holds a competitive price
point. With fresh clippings packed immediately into 4 ounce
containers and delivered to your restaurant in days, the shelf life on Freshtable Gardens
micro greens is up to 2 weeks. Should your menu items require something
more custom, please let your SOURCE sales rep know. Doug is happy
