natural, gluten-free, vegan soups come to us from culinary creator,
Yalonda Long, and Casey Puckett, friend of Yo's and a renowned Olympic
skier. This healthy line of premium soups is available in unique
flavor profiles made from sustainably produced crops. The branding is
edgy, creative and invites culinary imagination. Launched in Colorado
in 2013, Yo and Casey's unique backgrounds bring a refreshing punch of
energy and are making some noise in the soup aisle today.
Held within earth friendly glass jars, in THE soup features
five flavors: Tempestuous Tomato, Bankrupt Butternut, Tantrum Thai
Coconut, 10 Carat Carrot and Transcend Daal. While delicious as a stand
alone soup, the possibilities expand from here. in THE soup can
be incorporated into huevos rancheros, brushed on corn on the cob,
stirred into sauces for pasta dishes and oh so much more. On
their website, in THE soup displays beautiful food photography from "Rock Star
Chefs" utilizing their product in mouth watering ways.
The innovation continues. Look for in THE soup's newest
flavor "macho gazpacho" hitting shelves as soon as this
week! Revealed over the weekend at aspen FOOD & WINE, 1200
discerning pallets were invited to taste, and shared glowing remarks on
the combination of, Ciroc vodka watermelon shrimp ceviche floating in a
sea of macho gazpacho.
