Winter is almost here and we're uniquely poised to bring you year-round product offerings including meat, dairy, eggs and cheese from our trusted Colorado suppliers. Our awesome and growing list of local meat products includes chicken, duck and turkey from Mountain States Poultry, trout from Liley Fisheries, hand-made sausages and charcuterie from Continental Sausage and beef and pork offerings from Colorado's Best Beef and Innovative Foods. Our produce partners will be offering late-season produce including potatoes, onions, apples and squash and will be transitioning to indoor-grown greens, tomatoes, peppers and cukes in the coming weeks. We're Growing!
We are excited about our new location at the Kitchen Coop, centrally located in Broomfield, Colorado. Managed by Executive Director Jeff Greenburg,
this commercial kitchen and food production space is where many new and
growing companies will relocate during the winter. As part of this
cooperative, we are looking forward to supporting these companies by
offering more efficient delivery, greater market access and supplying
raw ingredients to help them source locally. We
have also added two shiny new trucks to our fleet. Both trucks have
dual refrigerator and freezer capabilities, enabling us to bring both
fresh and frozen products to our customers efficiently. This combination
will allow us to extend our delivery services to six days a week
starting in November.  __________________ |

Showing Our Gratitude This Holiday Season
 
We care about our
community and we care about food. This coming Thanksgiving, we're
pleased to support The Denver Rescue Mission and Community Food Share by
donating turkey and other local foods so that everyone can have full

Ollin Farms Event
A big thanks goes out to Mark Guttridge and the entire team at Ollin Farms for hosting a fun and successful SOURCE Local Foods Farm to Table Dinner. Special 
thanks as well to all of our partners and suppliers who are helping us
build a stronger local food economy and local food community. We look
forward to more great on-farm celebrations this coming spring and summer
(as well as some indoor celebrations this winter)! |
